Privacy policy

1. Data controller

2. Contact form

When you send an enquiry, we process the data you enter in the form: your name, e-mail address, phone number, event date and number of guests, your message and the page it was sent from. We use it to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, where your message is not about an order, on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to messages (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply.

3. Cookies and Google Ads

With your consent, we use the Google Ads tag to measure how our ads perform and to tailor them to people’s interests (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law). Until you click “Accept all”, the tag does not store advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the site footer.

Google processes the data collected through its own cookies as a separate controller: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

The Google map on the contact page loads only after you click “Show map”. Your cookie banner choice is remembered in your browser so that we do not ask on every visit.

4. Recipients

Your data may be received only by companies that provide IT services to us (website hosting and e-mail), by Google to the extent described above, and by public authorities where the law requires it. The web server automatically logs technical data such as your IP address to keep the site secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep data

Contact form data – up to 12 months from the last contact or, if we enter into a contract, for the period required by tax law and until any claims become time-barred. Google Ads cookies – up to 90 days or until you withdraw your consent.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and have it rectified,
• have your data erased, restrict its processing and receive it in a portable format,
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing,
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (https://uodo.gov.pl).
